“It is not an exaggeration to say that IBAR was extremely transformative for my career and belief system. Being surrounded by talented and ambitious young people who refuse to wait for the world to agree with them and instead build their own world forces you to take yourself and your aspirations seriously. Step into the ring, and don’t be afraid to fail.” - Emma Le

Spring 2024
Prudential: Emerging Visionaries Summit
CGEAI was one of twenty-five U.S. youth organizations invited to attend the 2024 Prudential Emerging Visionaries Summit at Prudential HQ in New Jersey. Our founder participated in coalition-based leadership and storytelling training led by leaders from Ashoka Changemakers, learning how to build sustainable movements, foster collaboration across sectors, and share compelling narratives to drive change. The summit provided a unique opportunity to connect with other young organization leaders and explore ways to collaborate to tackle pressing global issues. We were delighted to collaborate with one of the organizations at the summit, Girls 4 Sports, on their Sign for IX campaign later in the year.
