Prevention

STOP’s policy framework provides a clear way to address sexually explicit deepfakes in schools. It helps schools take proactive steps on how explicit deepfakes can affect the community and how to respond.

How to Approach This Topic in Schools

Classroom resources are a very effective way to inform students and faculty, helping to set clear expectations surrounding equitable use of AI, consent, and managing cyberbullying.

STOP has two flyer designs (A3 & A4) to hang around classrooms, hallways, and guidance offices, in order to raise awareness and make students cognizant of support resources.
